What can I say apart from Wow!

This is the latest addition to my supplement and nutritional regime.

I have been using the products now for around six months and they have had a huge impact on my training and wellbeing in general.

I initially found the products after looking for a cognitive enhancer to improve my ability to concentrate, focus and 'go all day'. The product I found was Alpha Brain which is simply awesome.

After using this product I decided to check out the brand and the range and have been many of the other products since.

One of the other great things about Onnit is the actual foods that they also market which in many cases especially in the UK are very difficult to find.

Finally, as if that wasn't enough Onnit also offer a great range of training equipment and tech.

I've recently got into kettlebells for functional training and had already invested in some when I came across Onnit's range. They are so cool, each one is designed as a progressively larger primate face!
